I have been so so busy ......

Hello Everyone!!


I am so so sorry for the delay in the second tutorial here... things have been hectic at Designer Mumma with a broken finger (which required a full arm cast) for my littlest, school holidays - need I say more, and added to that my business is growing and expanding at a rate I find hard to believe - you will hear more about this soon I promise xx


So for today I am sharing a tutorial from Ginger & George xx When I saw this I knew I had to share... what could be more Designer Mumma?? I think when I get a minute spare I will be whipping up one of these xx

First Tutorial.... Doll Rag Quilt xx

So my first ever tutorial, I am scared, and sorry for to many photos, and to much info.... just want to make sure it is easy for EVERYONE to have a go xx Since this is my first tutorial attempt I thought it was best to keep it simple. I also would like to give you all the chance to win something crafty.... so if you make a Doll Rag Quilt, and submit the photo to me you will be in with a chance to WIN a surprise craft pack (including fabrics, buttons, ribbons etc) xx So have a go, make a doll quilt for your little Princess or Prince, and email it to me at designermumma@live.com.au to be in with a chance of winning. I have always thought that I would never blog, I kinda always thought (please don't crucify me here) that blogs were for people who thought they were way more interesting than they really are... eekk did I really just say that out loud?? Sorry fellow bloggers (ohhh now I am one)xx


I am not going to bore you with my ramblings and nonsense, I am here simply to share. I <3 crafty sewing and making, and I know that sewing is now 'Cool' so I thought I would love to share ideas, projects and tutorials with you all.
